Production times do not include shipping time. Depending on where you are in the U.S., you will receive your item(s) within 1 to 7 business days after they are completed and shipped out. We do not ship items separately. If you order a Pre-Order item, we recommend purchasing it separately to ensure that shipping costs are covered for all items. However, we can arrange to ship items as they are completed, as long as the shipping costs remain within the amount you have already paid by request only.
Shipping Days:
All orders are processed and shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only. *Excluding holidays* Orders placed outside of these days will be fulfilled on the next scheduled shipping day.
Bond Affiliation Requirement:
To maintain the integrity of our organization and ensure all items are received by someone affiliated with the bond, we require verification for every order. At checkout, please include your name, chapter, and/or line information in the notes section. If the item is a gift, include the name and chapter of the intended recipient.

We assure that your order will be shipped in a timely manner. We are, in no way, responsible for delays resulting from negligence of the carrier, strikes, acts of God, weather conditions, or power failures. USPS will attempt to delivery for three consecutive days. If no response is received, your order will be sent back to us. You will be charged shipping again to have the order re-shipped.
Please note that Official 1947 is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Once delivery is confirmed, any issues regarding lost or stolen items must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
We recommend checking with your carrier, neighbors, or building management if you are unable to locate your package. For added security, email us about the shipping option with a signature confirmation or delivering to a secured address.
